Air Logic Maintenance School
ANSI - Push Button This school is designed to give engineers and trades people a review of ANSI/ISO symbology and terminology, and give an understanding of Moving Part Logic (MPL) symbols and application of air logic circuits utilizing pneumatic components. This 28 hour school covers the construction of a Numatrol Diagram including the power diagram, sequence of control functions and the Ladder diagram. The student will learn print reading and tracking a circuit. The learner will demonstrate the proper procedure for panel building and testing a Numatrol circuit. Using a sample circuit, there will be several exercises in trouble shooting actual problems. Preventive maintenance of Numatrol systems and the importance of proper filtration are stressed heavily.
